VEGA MANILA CREWMANAGEMENT, INC. (VMCI) is a duly-registered manning agency servicing its German and Greek principal/owners, VEGA-REEDEREI GmbH + Co. KG and Contships Management Inc.
VMCI was duly incorporated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in accordance with the Corporation Code of the Philippines with Registration Number CS200521365.
It was founded in October 2005 and licensed to operate in March 2006. It exists with the following Vision, Mission, and Quality Policy:
In its pursuit to provide constant quality service, VMCI established its Quality Management System (QMS) which has been assessed by a prominent accrediting body, the Bureau Veritas. Vega Manila Crewmanagement, Inc. is now proudly an ISO 9001:2015 certified company.
VEGA MANILA CREWMANAGEMENT, INC. recruits competent and medically fit seafarers to deploy on its international-going vessels. It also works to bridge the competency gaps of its manpower to the fleet requirements by continuous training and development programs.
